At Twisted Anchor Boats, we are dedicated to providing you impeccably maintained boats that ensure a fantastic experience on the water.  Our knowledgeable and friendly customer service team is always here to assist you.

Safety is our top priority, and we comply with Florida's SB606 safety laws, offering insurance options, a State issued Boat Livery Permit, and all necessary USCG-approved safety equipment on board.

 

From your first inquiry to your return at the dock, we strive to make your rental experience seamless and enjoyable.

AVAILABLE PONTOON BOATS

  • Bennington:  20ft Pontoon with Double Bimini, seats up to 6-8. 

  • Sweetwater: 23ft Pontoon with Double Bimini, seats up to 10-12

  • Harris:  22ft Pontoon with Double Bimini, seats up to 12.

MULTI-DAY 

  • 4 hour-$425

  • 6 hour-$475

  • 8 hour-$525

  • Bluetooth sound system-on all boats

  • Marine Garmin GPS-on all boats

  • Double Bimini Tops-on all boats

  • $50 deposit due at time of booking

  • Prices do not include fuel or tax​

  • We DO NOT include a booking/processing fee

  • ​Person and weight limits per boat​

  • Flexible rental times subject to availability

  • Extended rental times are subject to availability

  • Cooler rental-$20 

  • Ice can be PURCHASED at the dock-$2.00 a bag-cash only​

Anchor

  • 2-3 Day Boat Rental-$475 per day

  • 4-6 Day Boat Rental-$450 per day

  • 7-Day Boat Rental-$3000

  • $100 deposit due at time of booking

  • Prices do not include tax or fuel

  • Person and weight limits per boat

  • Staying at a dock with a MULTI-DAY rental will depend  on the location and condition of the dock. 

  • Delivery fee and fuel delivery usage applies. 

  • Delivery may not be available during Holidays/Season or some weekends.

  • Delivery not available on single day rentals

  • No other discounts can be applied to multi-day rentals

BOAT OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 30 years old with valid drivers' license

  • Must have two years of prior legitimate boating experience

  • Must have experience docking and anchoring

  • If born after 1/1/88, state law requires a valid Boating Safety Course certificate 

  • Temporary Driver Certificate can done on-line at:   Florida Boating Temporary Safety Certificate

  • You can obtain a Lifetime Certificate here:                  Florida Boating Lifetime Certificate

  • All Drivers/Operators must complete the liability waiver before the start of the rental.

PROHIBITED ON RENTALS
OPERATOR & PARTICIPANT WAIVERS

  • Sharp objects

  • Aerosol Sprays

  • Smoking

  • Grills/Fires/Fireworks

  • Towing/Tubing/Skiing 

  • Alcohol consumed by the driver

  • Firearms & Illegal drugs

  • Using life jackets as a flotation device.  Bring floats or noodles

  • Anyone onboard not listed on and signed the liability waiver

  • Anyone driving the boat that has not been prior approved and has not filled out and signed the driver waiver

   ALCOHOL POLICY:

  • NO alcohol consumed by the operator

  • NO underage drinking

  • NO glass onboard

  • NO hard liquor

Under no circumstances may anyone drive the boat without prior approval and must fill out and sign the driver/operator waiver.  Nor are any passengers allowed on board that have not signed the participant waiver. 

 

The waivers can be texted or emailed at any time after the reservation has been made.

PERMISSIBLE:​

  •  Jewfish Key Sandbar

  • Sister Key Sandbar

  • Beer Can (Greer) Island 

  • Palma Sola Bay

  • Dock & Dine restaurants in the ICW

​

PERMISSIBLE BUT DEPENDENT ON WEATHER:

  • South of Longboat Key

  • Around Anna Maria Island in the ICW and/or Gulf

  • Gulf Waters-no further off the coast than 1 mile

  • Passage Key (Clothing optional area)

NOT PERMISSIBLE:

  • North of Anna Maria Island

  • North of Passage Key

  • Docking at Anna Maria City Pier

  • Anchoring off on the beach on the Gulf Side

  • Driving inside the swim buoys on the Gulf Side

​

NO SWIM AREAS:

  • Bean Point-North tip of the Island​

  • Longboat Key Pass

Please DO NOT swim anywhere around Bean Point as there are strong currents that can be deceiving and dangerous.
